Change of Pet Ownership
Are you the new owner of a microchipped
pet?
For security reasons we do not accept
change of ownership requests via email, telephone or the web
application. If you have the Petlog Registration Certificate in
your possession, please complete the Change of Ownership section
and return this to us with a cheque for £15 made payable to Petlog.
If you do not have this certificate or a rehoming form with the
microchip number printed, please contact us for further
guidance.

* This one-off fee covers the change of ownership cost and also
an upgrade to Petlog Premium -
allowing you to change your details as many times as you like for
the lifetime of your pet, whilst in your ownership.
