Petlog Premium Lost and Found service.

If you wish to upgrade your microchipped pet onto the Petlog Premium Lost and Found service, please activate to Petlog Premium.

Petlog Premium is an additional Lost & Found service offered to everyone that has a microchipped pet registered with the Petlog microchip database. A one-off fee of £10 per pet covers any future amendment charges for that pet while in your ownership. If you are a new owner of a pet, you will automatically be put on the Petlog Premium service as part of the Change of Ownership fee.

Lost and Found Pet Service
Should the worst happen and your pet goes missing, the Petlog Premium Lost & Found Pet Service will give you the re-assurance that you are doing everything you can. Once you have upgraded and registered your missing pet, at your request we will send a Lost Pet Alert to all the authorised agencies signed up within an approximate 30 mile radius from where your pet went missing.

We need to keep your records as up to date as possible and ask that you inform us when your pet has been returned. You can do this, and amend your details from your account homepage.

No amendment fees
If you move address, change telephone number, or want to add an emergency number you can update your records for free. You can do this on this website by accessing your account. An accurate entry on the Petlog microchip database is essential to help re-unite you with your lost pet if it strays.

2nd Carer details - Holiday/Travel Details.
You will be able to add details of a second carer for your pet, and change the carer as often as you like, free of charge. You can also place a temporary address on your pets records. This will allow us to contact you wherever you or your pet are if we need to. This temporary address will stay active for a period of time selected by you, and as soon as the end date has passed, it will revert the details to your main address.

Lost Pet Posters
You can create a Lost Pet Poster from this website. this can be vital in informing people about your missing pet. Create a poster from your account homepage, upload a photo, and print it off. Remember to make the photo as clear as possible, and print it in colour if your pet has distinctive markings.

Petlog Wallet & Collar Tags
You will receive all of your documentation within a Petlog document wallet so you are able to keep all your pets details safe and in one place. You will also get a couple of plastic Petlog collar tags. These can be secured around a collar of a pet, and will identify your pet as microchipped. Our telephone number is also on the tag, so any finders of your pet will be able to contact us for guidance.

You can upgrade your pet now to get all of these services and more for a one-off lifetime fee of £10. Please note, if you opt to stay on the Basic service for your microchipped pet you will not receive any of the above benefits, and will be unable to add your microchipped pets to your online account.
