Petlog for Authorised Agents
Authorised Agents can gain access to this website for pet
re-unifcation purposes and online registrations 24 hours a day.
To apply for Authorised Agent online services, you must first
meet certain criteria.
- You must be supplied with microchips that are part of the
Petlog Lost & Found service.
- You must have a valid PIN registered with the Petlog
database.
- When completing an online application - the details must match
the information we hold for your PIN.

Once you have completed your application, you will be presented
with a usercode. This will be your username online so store this
code somewhere safe. If your application has been succesful you
will receive a confirmation email within a few days, and you will
then be able to access the online services using your usercode and
your chosen password.
As an Authorised Agent, you can gain access to this website for
the purposes of Online Registration of microchips and in some cases
an online look-up tool. This look-up tool is only available to
recognised vet practices, councils, welfare centres and
authorities.
