Online Registrations User Guide.

To do Online Registrations, you must first hold a valid PIN with the Petlog database and apply online for an Authorised Agent user code.

1. Apply for an Authorised User Account here. The application process takes around 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation e-mail if you have been granted access. Please ensure you make the application with the same details as held on your implanter PIN. Upon completing the application, you will be given a 4 digit user code which will be your username.

2. Once you have been approved, you can log-in here. For online registrations, place the microchip number and the Species of the pet into the spaces provided and submit. you may then be asked to confirm those details. On the next screen, enter the pets details.

3. On the next screen, you will need to add the owners details. Please include at least one contact number so we can call them should we have any contact relating to their pet. After submitting, you will be taken to the final screen which confirms all the details you have entered for that microchip. Please check the details before submitting. If you would like a confirmation for your records, please take a screenshot and save to your PC or alternatively print this screen.
