Recording of an unregistered microchip

You can record an unregistered microchip on our database. Before getting in touch, please check that the microchip is not already recorded with another database by using our Find out where your pet is registered | Petlog tool. If your pet is shown as registered with another database, please contact that database directly for support.

If the microchip is not registered, please call us on 01296 336579 and we will help you join our Petlog Reunite package. To help us support you as quickly as possible, please have your microchip number and your pet’s details to hand.
